Images sent by Email should be in JPEG (JPG) format, between
72 and 69 dpi, no larger than 150 mm (6 inches) square.
With Windows XP, select the images you want to send (hold down the Ctrl key and click on each image to select), then Right Click one of the selected images and choose "Send to" > "Mail Recipient". Choose "Make my pictures smaller" then click Ok and complete the email then send to russwade@net-tech.com.au

Attachments:
Before
attaching to Email, be sure to save any documents as File
Type "Rich Text Format" (RTF). This ensures that
no matter what word processor you have created your document
in, any other word processor can read it, and it will retain
its formatting and imagery.
HOW?
When
you save your file, you usually give it a File Name. You
probably didn't realise this, but you can also specify the
'type' of format too. In the case below the file would be
document.rtf
